Live chat is typically under 3 minutes. Email support responds within 4 hours on business days. Enterprise customers on the Dedicated Support plan have a 1-hour SLA for critical issues, 24/7.
Platform and OS version, AirMouse app version, the exact steps to reproduce the issue, and a screenshot or screen recording if possible. The more detail you provide, the faster we can fix it. You can also export a diagnostic log from Settings → About → Export diagnostics.
Go to Settings → Subscription in the app, or visit your account dashboard at app.airmouse.ai/billing. You can cancel anytime — your Pro features remain active until the end of your current billing period, then you revert to the free plan. No fees, no dark patterns.
Yes. We offer a full refund within 14 days of any Pro or Enterprise purchase, no questions asked. After 14 days, reach out to support and we'll evaluate on a case-by-case basis — we're fair-minded about this.
